DO YOU JUST BOOK HONEYMOON RESERVATIONS AND DESTINATION WEDDINGS? We can help you with any kind of getaway and specialize in all kinds of vacations – anniversaries, family trips, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, babymoons, escorted trips, and “I just need to get away!” trips. With any reason to travel, we can help!
DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN JUST CARIBBEAN VACATIONS? We have many destination specialties other than the Caribbean including Hawaii, Alaska, Costa Rica, Europe, cruises, Thailand, Mexico, Disney, Iceland, Asia, South Pacific just to name a few!
WHAT IF I’M INTERESTED IN A RESORT AND I DON’T SEE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE? CAN I STILL BOOK IT THROUGH YOU? While we have our TSB favorites listed on our website, it is hard to cover all the resorts we work with! The ones we have listed are preferred hotels! If you don’t see it on our website, we are still able to assist with booking the resort you feel will be perfect for your vacation.
I DON’T LIVE NEAR YOUR OFFICE. CAN YOU STILL ASSIST ME WITH MY TRIP? Yes! TSB has clients from all over the world. Communication is key to helping our clients so we are available via phone, email, text messages, and even “What’s App?”.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS? We take all major credit cards, checks, and cash. We have an easy and secure payment link which takes credit card payments for all our TSB clients. Or we can certainly take payment information over the phone as well. We also can set up a payment plan for your convenience.
I’M READY TO BOOK MY TSB VACATION! WHAT INFORMATION WILL YOU NEED FROM ME? If you are traveling internationally, your agent will need to have all travelers names as they appear on your passports and all travelers dates of birth. If you are traveling domestically, your agent will need all travelers names as they appear on your government ID and all travelers dates of birth. Typically, packages can be held for 24 hours when your agent has this information. Most packages require a small deposit within that time period. Final payment on most packages is due 45 days prior to travel. However, this is subject to change based on your package details.
DO YOU PRICE MATCH? Yes! While we try to give our clients the best possible prices in our quotes, we can still price match if you find something lower. In most cases we can price match online competitors such as Booking.com or Hotels.com. However, packages must be “apples to apples” to what we are offering. Most online competitors don’t include transfers or hotel taxes/fees. We do not price match with international online competitors. We cannot price match other travel agencies or companies that have their own travel agency program. Example: AAA, BJs, Sams Club, Costco etc. The same goes with using their rewards systems like “Sams Club Cash” or hotel rewards programs such as “Melia Rewards” or “IHG Loyalty.”
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE? Yes! We do offer travel insurance and highly recommend it to all our clients. Pricing for our insurance plans are based off the ages of the travelers and the package price.
HOW DOES YOUR HONEYMOON REGISTRY WORK? Our complimentary honeymoon registry is a way for your wedding guests to donate a monetary amount towards your booked reservation or purchase a pre-approved tour or activity. Once you have a reservation, TSB will create a honeymoon registry webpage on our site with your honeymoon details and you be sent 100 honeymoon registry cards so your guests will know where to find your TSB registry. Your honeymoon registry webpage will show a payment link where people can donate towards your package price and/or a list of activities which have been picked out by you with our assistance. Monetary donations must be made prior to the final payment date on your package and activities can typically be purchased up to 1 week prior to travel.
CAN YOU HELP WITH BOOKING A TIMESHARE? Unfortunately, TSB does not work with timeshare reservations.
CAN YOU HELP WITH BOOKING FLIGHT ONLY RESERVATIONS? TSB can assist with flight only reservations. However, please note that there will be a ticketing fee applied to the price of a flight only ticket.
I HAVE EARNED MILES AND POINTS TOWARDS MY NEXT FLIGHT. CAN I USE POINTS OR MILES TOWARDS MY FLIGHT IN MY PACKAGE? TSB cannot buy flight tickets with points or miles on your behalf, but TSB can certainly assist with the other components of your vacation if you would want to purchase the flights separately.
